 Apparently, it’s alright for mega corporations to take it, bottle it and then sell it to the public for profit; but if you should try to collect any for yourself – You might need a lawyer!

Indoor gardening prompted pot raid

Simply buying hydroponics equipment was enough for the cops to raid this family’s home in search of marijuana.  Do you know what the cops found… a few tomato and squash plants, oh, and a terrified family. 

Yahoo user Lyle S. commented the following: “The scarier part of this is that they are monitoring specific shopping behaviors to obtain their search warrants with no other reasonable investigation and that should be completely illegal in any free nation. Our 4th amendment has been bent so far it is now completely broken.”
